Nanny Selection Criteria

QNTA sets the highest standards in the selection processes to ensure that the best and most professional applicants join our training program.

Our selection criteria below will be considered before shortlisting potential trainees.

QNTA applicant should:

  • Be Muslim
  • Not be older than 35 years of age
  • Be fluent in spoken and written Arabic and have a minimum of a High School Diploma.
  • Provide verifiable childcare experience in the form of previous nanny experience, teaching experience, kindergarten school, nursing, pediatrics, or other relevant experience.
  • Submit recent childcare-related and personal (non-relative) references to verify the applicant’s good conduct and manners as well as to demonstrate childcare skills and positive behaviors such as safety, openness, patience, reliability, decision-making abilities and creativity.
  • Sign a consent form for a thorough background check including:
    • Criminal records check
    • Medical exam report
    • Residency papers and visa check

These background checks ensure the safety of children, and we select our candidates according to the above mentioned terms and criteria.
