QNTA is committed to selecting, training and employing Arabic-speaking nannies who have the ability to teach children the Islamic values. Our training programs focus on comprehensive childcare and enable female graduates ensure the proper physical and mental developments of the children while taking care of them. In addition, nannies graduate from the Academy with a keen interest to raise the children in an environment surrounded by the Islamic values, as these trained nannies are of a religious and cultural background similar to that of the Qatari society.

They are from Comoros, Thailand and Jordan. In addition, the Academy aspires to hire from other countries.

Most of the nannies have university qualifications such as BA degrees. Some of them have high school diploma, and a limited number of them with MA degrees.

The number should not exceed (3) children. It can be lower according to age, required needs and specified responsibility.

Hiring a nanny according to the Academy’s regulations is on a two-year contract basis. The contract stipulates the number of working hours should be during the child’s stay at home and should not exceed 10 hours.

The Academy is keen to support using Arabic at the Qatari families’ houses. Therefore, it is not required from the nannies to master other languages. Some of them, however, are fluent in French or have a basic level of English.

No. Only the nannies with such specialization can offer this care. Most of them are from Jordan.
