QNTA OBTAINS ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFICATION RENEWAL

Certification reflective of commitment to applying best practices and standards in quality management

Qatar Nanny Training Academy announced that it has been re-certified by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO 9001:2015) in the field of quality management from Bureau Veritas Qatar for another three years for its competence in managing its operations and commitment to applying best practices.
Since receiving the ISO Certification in 2018, Qatar Nanny Training Academy (QNTA), a member of Qatar Foundation (QF), has managed internal and external operations efficiently and effectively to provide best practices in attracting, training, and recruiting Arabic-speaking Muslim nannies familiar with Qatari society. QNTA is one of QF’s first centers to receive the ISO Quality Management Certification.
Jawaher Al Khater, Administration and Operations Manager at QNTA, said: “The renewal phase of the ISO Certification for another three years is an important milestone in the history of the Academy. Its approval indicates that our staff are dedicated to improving operations and providing the best performance within various entities. This certification is confirmation of our full commitment to the highest quality standards in our work to ensure that our valued Academy customers receive the best service possible in a sustainable manner.”

ISO 9001:2015 is a process that requires a continued commitment to maintaining the International Organization’s standards in audit and review to ensure all institutions holding such certification adhere to the highest quality standards, and that each ISO-certified institution must review them annually through internal and external ISO audit.
